We are the Moon Family serving in Cobán, Guatemala, at AMI Ministerio Centro de Cobán, founded by Acts Ministries International! We were sent by our home church in San Francisco, Radiance Church, in 2019. Our ministry’s mission is to transform the nation of Guatemala through Christ-centered youth ministries focused on spiritual and academic development. Jon is the principal and Stephanie is an English teacher at the first international school in Cobán, Alta Verapaz (website: AMI International School). We also serve at La Gracia Church (website: La Gracia Church) where Jon is the pastor.
We highly encourage you to sign up for our regular newsletters so that you can stay up to date with all that God is doing in our ministry center!

I also happened to be the youngest person in my graduating class and one of

The path to where we are now has been filled with hard work, uncertainty, wrong turns, and plenty of moments where I had no idea what I was doing. But it has also been marked by refinement, joy, and the privilege of watching God transform both my own life and the lives of so many people here in Guatemala. Looking back,
